Introducing Brown Butter tart shells, made with graham crackers, butter and cocoa to give them a rich, nutty flavour and appealing bronzed finish.  Available in small (dia35mm), medium (dia55m) and large (dia80mm), these 17mm high bases take semi-finished literally, as they are supplied with a delicious almond base layer to enhance your lemon tart, cheesecake or fruit tart topping.
